Refund policy

  1. 48-Hour Return Window

We offer a 2-day (48 hours) return window from the time your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the request within 48 hours of receiving the package. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Condition for Returns

Returns are only accepted for:

Manufacturing defects or printing errors.

Wrong product/size sent by our team.

Damage occurred during transit.

3. Exclusion for Self-Inflicted Damage

We do not accept returns for any products that have been damaged by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to:

Damage caused by incorrect washing or ironing.

Tears, stains, or marks caused after delivery.

Wear and tear from use.

Change of mind or "buyer's remorse" (as these are custom-made items).

4. Mandatory Documentation

To process any return or refund, all original bills and invoices are strictly necessary. We cannot verify your purchase or process a claim without the physical or digital invoice provided at the time of delivery.

5. How to Initiate a Return

If you receive a defective item, please follow these steps within 48 hours:

Return the product by our website.. with the reasons of return 

6. Refund Process

Once your return request is inspected and approved, we will process your refund or send a replacement. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within several business days.

Note: As a Print-on-Demand business, we print every shirt/item specifically for your order. Please double-check your size and design choices before finalizing your purchase.
